  • Our coffee carts arrive fully stocked with:

    We can adjust sweetness, milk choice, and drink style just like your favorite coffee shop.

  • SPACE:

    We only need an 8ft x 8ft space on level ground to fully set up and serve


    POWER:

    We need a standard 120v outlet plug that is not being shared with any other machinery.

    We do not need 220v commercial power to operate.

    If you are doing an outdoor event with no access to power, let us know! We will do our best to accommodate most situations.

We’re Ethan and Amber, the people behind Thunderin’ Jackelope Coffee Co.

Ethan has professional coffee experience ranging over more than ten years, including specialty cafés, coffee program management, and espresso service for private and corporate events.

Thunderin’ Jackelope combines that experience with our shared love of hospitality, craftsmanship, folklore, and bringing people together. Whether you’re wanting to level up your special day, or turn a boring tuesday at the office into something legendary - we want to be there with you, helping you make it happen.

We’re based near Lexington, North Carolina, and currently serve events throughout the Triad and surrounding areas.
